Lwin Medical SMS Alerts – Terms of Service

1. Program Description
Lwin Medical SMS Alerts allows patients to communicate with our clinic via text message. By opting in, you may use our SMS number(s) to request, schedule, or manage appointments. You may also receive appointment reminders, confirmations, and other important patient-related notifications from our clinic.

2. Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our short code (5–6 digit number assigned to this program) or to our long code +1-347-662-2206. After you send the SMS message STOP, we will send you a confirmation SMS message to confirm you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, simply sign up as you did the first time, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

3. Support Instructions
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].

4. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Message Frequency & Charges
Message frequency will vary based on your interaction with our appointment scheduling system. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
